The system collects data and generates expert and export reports for any type of publication. Users don't need to remember GOST templates or worry about typos in their details, as everything is generated automatically and error-free. The processing time is reduced from hours to minutes.

No more "How's my review going?" emails. The platform assigns a status to each review, allowing you to track the review process in real time. The author can see where the document is in the approval process, whether it's pending signature or already archived.

We have combined all documents in the system: original publications, scans, and signed originals of conclusions. This is a single source of truth where nothing is lost, forgotten in a drawer, or left behind by a departing employee. The history of any publication can be restored in a matter of seconds.

We chose a combination that won't break under load and won't leak data. Django 5 provides secure administration and business logic, while PostgreSQL ensures data integrity and fast status and date queries.

With such a complex bureaucratic filling, we made the tracker's outer shell simple and clear. The layout on Bootstrap and pure HTML/CSS allows employees of any level of computer knowledge to work comfortably.
